Provide Genesis owners with easy-to-understand teaching that engages them to complete the process of pairing their smartphone to the vehicle. The website is visually appealing as well as easy to navigate. The videos are short and to-the-point while still weaving an interesting story so users will want to watch until the very end.

Strategy: Follow the story, learn-along the way
The videos are brand appropriate and guide the user through a short story while teaching at the same time. This encourages the user to maintain attention to the content all the way through to the end. The videos have 3D rendered artwork at key locations to highlight smart phone functions as well as 3D rendered vehicle Head Units allowing us to change the screens without having to re-shoot video.
The website gets the user to the pairing instructions with very few clicks. Using the AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) platform in one of the first ever such websites for the client allows the client to leverage the power of AEM and edit website content on their own.
Results: 13 scripts. 2 days. Luxury learning delivered.
Thirteen different videos produced to cover the combinations of vehicles and Head Units. Casting was performed to find two very capable talents to shoot video over a two-day period. The resulting videos were used on the website as well as loaded to the corporate channel. This project helped the client to boost IQS ratings as well as assist in higher performance during the JD Powers review.
